There are approximately 10 different types of puzzles in the game. There might be one or two others not listed below that are required. None are too difficult, but for some of the door puzzles where you have to use the correct symbols to open the door, you might be required to search the nearby environment for the answer.
Door Symbols - Shoot symbols in sequence. Sometimes the symbols are located around the environment. You have three chances to get this right.
Glowing Orbs - Locate orbs in the environment and shoot them to open a door.
Snake Wall Puzzle - Rotate pipes to connect them from head to tail.
Floor Symbols - Walk on pressure plates to match the order of symbols on the wall.
Numerical Puzzle (Trial of the Scarabs) - Shoot glowing orbs in sequence order (one glowing orb, two glowing orbs, etc.)
Timey Trial Puzzle - Standing on a blue circle and shooting a blue orb will start a countdown. Locate the next blue circle and shoot the orb to extend time.
Triangle Symbols - Locate symbols nearby and match them on a triangle door. You have three chances to get this right.
Energy Beams - Activate blue beams and aim them at other gems to extend the beam and finally open a door.
Perplexing Puzzle - Standing on a blue circle, shoot the blue orbs to match the symbols to those on the statues above.
Circular Image Puzzle - There are 9 tiles that form an image. Shoot the tiles to complete the image.
Note that for certain puzzles, you only have three chances to complete it correctly. If you fail, you will need to restart the checkpoint. If you are obtaining all of the collectibles, this achievement will unlock during Mission 7, ‘The Forsaken City.’
