How to unlock the Decked Out achievement in STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN PS4 & PS5 - Definitive Guide

I got this by doing the final main mission (in Chaos Shrine) on BAHAMUT difficulty. It dropped a 5 Star accessory as a reward. I didn't use the Extra Mode invincibility trick, but I think it'd work here since EX mode only withholds dragon treasure.

Otherwise, you can grind out dragon treasure and buy a 4 star from the shop for 2000. At the lowest difficulty, this would take 10-20 missions. If you're not using EX mode you'll have that just playing through the DLC.

Can confirm this doesn’t work with the invincibility trick with extra mode because it nerfs your drops badly too so you don’t get anything above a 2* basically and I competed the mission you suggested and didn’t get any 5* accessory.

This DLC adds new equipment called Accessories. In order to get this trophy, simply find and equip a 4 star accessory.

Reports tell that if you play Extra Mode, those accessories are rare to spawn. Personally, i found them pretty easily even in Extra Mode and since you will spend may hours playing missions, probably you will find one easily too.
If you have any problems on making 4 stars accessories spawn, simply try to play a mission without Extra Mode.
