After the mission Cornelia's Hope, this side quest will pop up. It has a red diamond icon instead of blue or orange. This fight is vs 5 bosses from the main game. If you are still using the invinciblity trick from the rat tail guide, this is an easy fight as long as you watch your Runic Protection and don't let it run out.

Liberator also good role in extra mode. When you unlock that mastery on mighty guard you never fall under 1hp so you can just go fight and never die

That Runic Protection trick is perfect. If you pair that with Lancet and the Cyclic Warrior Job you're very unlikely to die. Thanks for the tip!
