Weapon Abilities are the same as the abilities you use with your Heavy Attack button that cost 1 bar of mana, but they come from specific weapons.

Found my first one in Mirage Tower. Should probably mention it's under "Equipment Effects" and has orange text instead of the white text the other effects have. My first one was "enables reanimating sickle". Equipped it and used it, ezpz.
