How to unlock the Master's Awakening achievement in STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN PS4 & PS5 - Definitive Guide
This achievement is quite easy to unlock.
Master points are earned by increasing a job's level past Lv 30. You'll be able to do so in the post-game once you unlock CHAOS mode (and can only be done in CHAOS). Once you unlock CHAOS mode, you'll be to up the mission difficulties for every mission via the use of Anima Crystals. You will be able to unlock the releases for various jobs through raising the mission level. The easiest one to do right away would be the Lv 130 variant of the "Illusion at Journey's end" (the first mission in the game). By this time, you should be able to easily hold your own for this level. Once you are rewarded the release, you'll be able to level up past 30 (and eventually to 100 upon receiving the third release reward leading to the "Job Master" Cheevo).
Mater points will work the same as job points but instead of unlocking nodes from the tree, you'll be able to apply point to specific stats/buffs (HP+, Crit break dmg, etc.) to help further your desired build

On Chaos difficulty, you will be able to break the level cap for jobs. Once a job level cap is broken, its level cap increases from 30 to 55. However, there are no more skills to unlock. Instead, you will be able to allocate master points to various attributes related to the job. There are categories that divide the attributes. For example one category simply increases major stats like Strength, Spirit, etc. and another category increases attributes like “MP gained from soul shield” and “Break Gauge recovery speed”. Simply level up to at least 31 on a job then spend a master point. (Master points can be reset and reallocated for free, so do not worry if you wish to change them later.)

After opening the Chaos difficulty and leveling up the profession to level 30, 5 master points are awarded, which can be spent on improving characteristics when pressing in the section for upgrading professions.
