When you find a staff as a random drop, it'll unlock Pilgrim class. Level it up a few levels and at the bottom of the skill tree is the evoker unlock. Just unlock this class for the achievement.

In order to unlock the Pilgim, you need to find and equip a staff, in order to make the job appear on the list.
