This one is part of the DLC storyline but not an automatic unlock. In order yo unlock it, you must unlock and watch all the conversations with Bahamut and then, complete the "Trials of the Dragon King" mission to battle Bahamut himself!
This is not an hard mission if you use Extra Mode and Liberator + Mighty Guard strategy, so don't worry about it.
Once the battle is won, you'll be alerted that one last Conversation with Bahamut is available, highlighted with a green exclamation mark. Once you watch this, you'll gain access to the Summoner at long last, popping this trophy in the process.
