Equipping a gun found in this DLC will unlock the Marksman class. There is an achievement for unlocking all the skills in that class which includes the node that unlocks the Hunter class.
You will not need all nodes in the Hunter path for an achievement, but you do need to unlock enough nodes to get the Gambler class for this achievement and the last of the class based achievements. I was able to do all of this at the second set of cubes in the first DLC mission "A Hopeful Future."

Together with a new weapon, this DLC will add a new job: Marksman. It is unlocked as soon as you acquire your first gun and like the other jobs on the main game, you can unlock other 2 advanced job from it:

The Hunter, which will unlock On the Hunter's Path
- The Gambler, wich will be unlocked from the Hunter and will unlock this trophy
Simply level up the job trees naturally or by using Anima Crystals.
Remember to unlock all the tiles of the Marksman to unlock Peerless Marksman
