it's all self explanatory... except sometimes when what's her name gives you the shake it ends up by the wall where you can't see it, be sure to pick it up if you didn't.

At the Hawkins Community Pool, Helen will give you some money and ask you to buy a hairdryer from Melvald's Hardware Store in Hawkins Square. To get back into the pool, however, you will also need to make a detour to Scoops Ahoy at Starcourt Mall. To save a trip, visit Scoops Ahoy first before going to Melvald's, since Robin will ask you for something from Melvald's as well.

Sometimes this quest won't actually become available until Chapter 3; I don't know why so if you miss your chance in Chapter 1, don't worry too much.
