This is a story related achievement that takes place right after the third boss fight against Ingla. Once she is defeated you will be left standing in her arena. Proceed to the west to a large mirror surrounded by snakes and talk with Boji. The cutscene explains what happened to the Acreans and this achievement unlocks after it is over.
