How to unlock the Changing the World achievement in Stray Blade - Definitive Guide

This is a story related achievement for defeating the boss The Xhinnon General.
In the large third area of the game, Seething Wastelands, you will need to explore a small portion of the overall desert before meeting the general.
When you finally do meet this general, it doesn't immediately start in a fight and instead splits in three before fleeing to three separate areas. It doesn't matter which one you go after, as I only needed to chase and fight one of them to get this ability.
I honestly don't know what this general has for abilities as it died so fast, even with the health modifier at x3. As soon as I found one of them, I ate the nearest poison immunity berry and ran into the poison fog before smashing it's face in with the Heart of the Mountain greatsword heavy attack a few times. The fight lasted less than ten seconds and all the lizard did was slither over to me and brooded on it's hind legs before it died. Quite easy and fast.
