This is a story based achievement that culminates in fighting the second boss of the game, Tezuth. You must first explore the Everforest, the initial huge zone you start in which contains the subzones you must explore for the story.
Tezuth is actually quite close to where the game starts but you must come back here after gaining the Intium Flash ability from the first boss, The Intium General. Once you have this ability, head back over to The Homecoming zone and proceed into Tezuth's arena. He is quite easy once you learn his pattern of teleports and unblockable attacks,. I recommend a high damage weapon as he gives huge windows to attack and aside from teleports, he doesn't move much.
Once you strike the final blow, the achievement unlocks during the cutscene.
