This is a story related achievement that will be gained roughly halfway through Uskol's territory, Tamed Peaks.
In order to get this, you will have made it to the point of getting the second traversal ability, Manninite Pound, from the The Manninite General boss. You will then start exploring looking for a way to find Uskol and eventually will need to find a Flux Battery. Once you make it to the depths of The Mines of Uskol, you will be in a room with a spike plant, a locked door, ghost bridge and the Flux Battery all near each other. Talk to Boji and then grab the battery for this achievement.
