As soon as you start the dlc, make your way through the Xhinnon Gallery, Stilted Plateau and part of Nature's Library. Your quest marker will lead you through each of these areas. It doesn't take long to get here. As you enter the greenhouse in Nature's Library, Know will introduce himself and a fight begins. Just let him kill you for this achievement.
