Homecoming- Green Fern - when you find the Rusty Sword after leaving the starting position, follow the stream to the right, break the thorns, climb and jump across the rocks to the ledge and grab this plant glowing in on the wall.
- Bandage Weed - after activating the second Rebirth Shrine before the first enemy of the game, turn around facing where you came from and there is a small path to the left above the destroyed camp with this plant.
- Mirror Fungus - After getting the compass, turn back the way you came and a short way backtracking is a small path to the right that just got cleared. Drop down for a chest and further down for the fungus.
Seething Wastelands
Warm Welcome- Poison Immunity Berry - from the only Rebirth Shrine, head straight east to a tree with this plant next to it. Achievement should unlock here.

Is this bugged? I must have collected 100 of each so far and it's still locked for me

I'm still working through the game and adding to my guides as I do. Unsure if there are more plants as these three are all I have found so far. I'm assuming the other two overworld zones have different ones.
