Everforest

1. Eye for'n eye - from the northern Rebirth Shrine you will see a giant golden water statue. Drop down to ground level and this rune is next to the big dome shaped energy font.

1. Lifestealer - from the only Rebirth Shrine here, head east to the large enemy camp across the river. You need to go across a wooden bridge and climb down two ladders. Head north along the river to find this rune on the wall.

1. Critical Blessing - when you climb down from the Highwall, make your way to ground level and head all the way northeast to the large soldier camp. After entering the camp, climb the vines just to the right of the entrance. Climb two more sets of vines and move forward to find a troll enemy. The rune is just beyond the troll.

Tamed Peaks

1. Discharge - from the eastern Rebirth Shrine, run west to the campfire and the run north and drop down to the lowest area. Head west around the big sword and enter the tunnel with the rune at the end.

1. Dominion Trade - from the only Rebirth Shrine, climb two sets of vines right next to the shrine leading up. Run west down the passage until you see the rune ahead. Drop down and loop around to the other side, run up the ramp and jump across to reach it.

Seething Wastelands

1. High Stakes - from the only Rebirth Shrine, head north and climb the ladder before heading northwest through the shortcut door leading to Warm Welcome. Turn left once through the shortcut and climb down the vines that lead to this rune.

The Convergence

1. Flesh and Steel - from the southern Rebirth Shrine, climb down the vines and walk a short way north to a cliff with a Bandage Weed right by it. Look straight down to the right and the rune is glowing next to a troll enemy. Make your way down there and grab it.

1. Bloodrush - from the southern Rebirth Shrine, run east into the enemy camp and turn left under the wooden busted bridge. Ahead you will see a grapple point, run forward to the black cauldron and grapple up to and run up the path to the rune.

1. Hand in Hand - from the Flux Fungus, head west to the closest spike barricade and then run up the stone arched bridge leading upward. Continue west across some snow to find this rune.

1. True Grit - from the Rebirth Shrine in Spirits Gate, head southwest and up the vine shortcut. Head east to the vine with a stone wrapped in it, look down to the south to see this rune below.
