I'm not sure the exact requirements for this, at first I thought it was Pan had to be there to play his flute to charm her. This will happen during the song "Look into Me" but it seems to be that as long as you have your Blue trait and pick Blue options during the song you will "charm" her with you blue "charming" skills.

To obtain this trophy, you must have given Grace the "Clever" trait at the beginning of the game. During the Act II song, "Look Into Me", the song will end with an option to tell Medusa to see Apollo or Persephone (whoever Grace chose to side with at the end of Act I) for help. The trophy will be awarded after several lines of dialogue following the song.
