To obtain this trophy, Grace must have the "Kickass" trait. While she can start with this trait at the beginning of the game, she can earn a second trait just before the end of Act II, so pick this up then if you haven't already. During the song "The Throne", end the song by convincing both Persephone and Orpheus to abandon the throne. After the song, when they question what to do with the throne, a Kickass Grace will be presented the option to take it for herself. Select this option and be awarded the trophy a few lines of dialogue later.
