How to unlock the Productive Day achievement in Stray - Definitive Guide
Find a spot to sleep. (Blankets, pillows, etc.) You will be prompted to press Y. Once you lay down leave the game for an hour and achievement will pop. I also want to note I did this on playstation as well and couldn't let the controller go to sleep so every once and a while wiggle the left or right stick.

Do I have to do this without interruption? Or can I lay down there for 10 minutes and I have only 50 left?

The cat has to sleep without interruption, 1 hour in real time, so wiggle the controller onze and a while till the achievement drops.

To earn this trophy you will need to sleep for 1 whole hour in the game. So find one of the many spots that you can use to go to sleep and then go make yourself something to eat, watch some TV, have a shower, or even go for a walk. Once an hour has passed, the trophy will pop. Not much else to it than that.
If you want you can sleep at multiple locations and accumulate your time that way if you can't be bothered to sleep for 1 whole hour straight.

Thanks, didn't know you could accumulate the time. Also, with their puns, they should have called this "Purr-ductive Day". Missed opportunity.

As the achievement says you have to sleep for more than 1 hour.
Here are a few pointers.
1. This only applies to any place where you have to press the interact button to sleep.
2. The total time slept it cumulative. I had the cat sleep 20 minutes in The Slums and 40 minutes in Antvillage to test this.
3. If you disable the "Pause on Focus Lost" setting you can still obtain the achievement while doing other things.

When you’re in the slums, after the place is taken out of lockdown by the Guardian, to your left and down the stairs, is a robot called Morusque who wants sheet music for his collection. Next to him is somewhere you can sleep. To get this trophy you’ll need to hit and sleep next to him. Do this for an hour… a bloody actual hour, not an in-game hour, and you’ll unlock this trophy. You can just leave the game and come back, just make sure your controller doesn’t turn off or your PS5 goes into rest mode and you’re golden.
