How to unlock the Boom Chat Kalaka achievement in Stray - Definitive Guide

There was no Y prompt for me to push the ball down, but if you move straight forward it will go down. In Chapter 4, in the slums, after talking to the Chinese-clothed guard, you go to the right and you'll see a basketball that can go down a ramp. Push it with your char and that's it.

If you do what I did and missed (or in my case ran over it from the side), just restart the checkpoint and you're all set up for a perfect shot again. Easy peasy!

Not long after you arrive at Chapter 4: The Slums, you will be greeted by a robot known as The Guardian. After a brief interaction with them and a cutscene showing all of the other robots emerging from their hiding place, you will be able to explore this area to your heart's content.

To the right of The Guardian is a set of steps that lead down to a merchant and two other robots who are rummaging through garbage. At the top of these stairs is a basketball conveniently placed in front of a slope that leads to a garbage can.

All you need to do is gently push the basketball so that it goes into the garbage can and you will net yourself this lovely little bronze trophy. If you miss, go off and explore The Slums for a little bit and the basketball will reset, allowing you another go to earn this trophy.

Once you enter the slums and meet the guardian who turns off the alarm, head right and you’ll see a basketball. You need to knock that down the slope and into the basket at the bottom of the ramp. Line yourself up with the crack in the pavement and then run at the ball. If you lined yourself up correctly it should go in. If you miss, however, fear not, as once you leave the area to continue the story, you will head back to the Slums and the ball will reset, giving you another attempt at it. If you miss again, Chapter Select is your friend!
