Cheese it method. Head to the Battle Grounds Hub and join a rather empty server and then simply either have a friend join you through your name on the server tab or invite him.. or her lol, then you two just need to waltz on over to one of the many cabinets and duke it out and trade wins back and forth for 30 wins this will net you both the (King of the Ring) 7 (There's Always Time for Training!) achievements.
