The fast method for boosting:
Create a player match with the following settings: 1 round, private slot on, handicap on. The other settings don't matter. Invite your boosting partner to the match. Select a character and the color settings. The fastest method is to just go with the character the cursor starts on, Abel and Ryu. You will then turn the handicap screen all the way down. All 4 stars should be black, not gold. Start your match. One hit wins the match! Rinse and repeat. This method is the fastest way to get all of the following achievements:

p0wn kids 5 times on xbox live to get this achievement. Its fastest if you start your own rooms and make it 1 round with a 30 second time limit. If you go looking for rooms you will probably have to attempt to join a room 10 times before you get in the room.
