Get all of the other achievements.
A lot of dedication is required, especially at the hard trials.
If you keep failing the hard trials you could buy an arcade stick since character combo's like Viper's (One of the hardest) are designed for it.
I used a xbox 360 controller all the way.
I personally recommend to use the analog stick since i never heard of anyone complete all the trials with the d-pad.
Also watching the trials on youtube helps a lot !
Memorise the sounds when they succesfully land a combo so you can mirror it. It's just another way you will learn about timing. It's pretty unforgiving some combo's are really tight by 10-20 frames of input time.
For the online achievements, just keep playing online, and you will eventually get all the achievements there. Most achievements are time based and not really about skill.
Most of the other offline achievements you can "Zangief" your way true.
Just use Zangief his double lariat move (Left Bumper), as soon as your opponent stands up. Keep spamming this move.
On the challenge stages where you can't use the special move of Zangief, use Akuma's heavy kick.
If you experience trouble against Seth, just try to spam heavy lowkick. If you do it right you will succeed at killing Seth.
