This is another fairly straight forward achievement, but here is a guide for a quick (10 second) solution.
- From the main menu PRESS "Y" to set your comment.
- The Comment Page will load, and there will be 3 pages of comments available to choose from.
- Select any comment besides (None).
- Achievement unlocked.

For this achievement, the game asks you to customize your player comment. Very simple.
On the main menu, press the Y button, on your arcade stick, gamepad, XBox 360 controller, whatever it is you use and it will take you to the comment page.
The Comment Page will come up and there should be at least three pages of comments to sort through. Select any of the comments, it doesn't matter what it is, so long as it's not "None."
Once you selected your comment, the achievement should unlock right and there. For me, I chose "I was raised on Street Fighter.", which is certainly the case!
