How to unlock the Time For Some Fireworks! achievement in STREET FIGHTER X TEKKEN - Definitive Guide

Since no one else has posted a guide for this one, I guess I'll have a go at it...This is the fastest way I could think of to get to 500.

Use two controllers, go to Versus, and set the second controller as your opponent. Set the match up for 7 rounds and infinite time. Pick whoever you want for your characters, and pick Hugo and Zangief for the second controller (for their high HP values.) When the match begins, just start doing launchers (HP+HK) over and over. In order to minimize the number of matches needed, keep tagging (MP+MK) on the second controller whenever the inactive character's health is recharged. You can get around 100 or so launchers per match using this method, so it shouldn't take too terribly long to hit your goal of 500.

Dual Console XBOX Live Turbo Controllers

Controller 1 (Main) - Set A button to Launcher
Controller 2 - Set A button to None

Xbox Live -> Endless Battle -> 1 Round, 60 Seconds, 2 Players, 1 Private -> Invite Friend

Set both controllers to turbo A. The launcher attack has a natural move forward movement. After a few launchers you will eventually hit the opponent who is sitting there safely doing nothing. Additionally since the controllers are picking the same characters every time you will get the Love is Blind achievement.

Edit: Changed rounds from 30 Seconds to 60 Seconds as you will not "Finish with a Launcher in 30 seconds. Takes about 40 seconds."

Launchers are moves which launch the opponent in the air (go figure) and initiate an instant switch between your characters. They're commonly executed by chains between Medium and Heavy punches/kicks. Personally, I did this in local versus against a second controller however you could do the same against an AI if you prefer. Personally, my team was Yoshimitsu and Raven. All I would do is press Medium Punch, Heavy Punch and another Heavy Punch. Repeating this back and forth between the characters, you should net yourself approximately 5-6 launchers per round.

If you set your own health to 25% handicap, you can initiate Pandora towards your last launcher and earn progress towards your Pandora victories and Pandora's Initiated. Personally, I did this when my opponent was down to one more launch required before being K,O'd.

Launchers are done with HP+HK (on the Vita, this is mapped to by default, but it's probably best to unmap that so that you don't end up spamming it on accident). They are also done with chain combos, such as LP MP HP HP (the second HP will become a launcher). Land 50 of these in Arcade or Network mode and you're done.

A launcher is performed by + and at the cost of no meter so it can be used at any time. A launcher will launch the opponent in the air and tag in your partner to follow up with a short combo. Perform this 500 times for your trophy.

Utilization:
While this does seem to bit too easy or obvious you can actually squeeze it in regular play, the lower part of your character is completely invul during the launcher animation so if you were to react to your opponents low normal attack with a launcher it would beat their attack out and put you in the offensive with your partner.

You can keep track of your progress towards this trophy under "Player Data" in the main menu, select Player Records and it will display your overall progress.
