Use the following setup:
1 player VS CPU
7 rounds

Pick your character ( I picked Ryu and Ken for both player controlled and CPU controlled).

While in Pandora mode just leg sweep your opponent. DO NOT THROW A HADOUKEN (fireball) to win the match. Rinse and repeat for 4 matches and then select "rematch" at the winning screen. There will be no load time and you can start right away with the next round of matches.
