Despite what the achievement description says only one person is needed for this to unlock. 1st join a crew or create a crew from the online hub menu section. Then select tournaments instead of the crew option. Make sure the tournament says tournament starts in ___ hours. Select It and run one qualifying drag race and the achievement will unlock!
