This achievement is easiest to get in "local versus" with a second controller
Start up a game, and with your second controller, move straight left and get the ball
Immediately hold the left-stick right and press 'a' to score an own goal

From here, the second controller will start with the ball and you can hold left-stick right and press a to immediately own-goal again

Doing this until player 1 wins with 5 goals is the fastest way to get both wins and goals
I also recommend only pressing once after scoring to skip the animation, pressing it repeatedly can cause you to pass the wrong way, and you will have to scramble around for the ball
Getting your 100 wins this way will also count for the "score 1 000 times in Panna mode" achievement.
