Not much to say here. Just jump into a Trick Shot game and play.
You can just do a slight curl on the ball to let it count as curved shot, the aiming isn't that hard.
Played all my games on Berlin. I think this is the best and fastest way (Map) to get the Trick Shot achievements.

Since the in-game controls doesn't really tell you, and neither does this guide, for anyone who it would help: to curve the ball, you first hold B to shoot and then move the left stick to curve before releasing B.
