You'll likely earn this achievement as you go for the 1,000 goals, 1,000 shots, and 1,000 superpowers achievement, but if you're looking to get this one in a hurry, the best way to do so is by playing a local versus multiplayer match against a second controller.
When you start the match, grab the ball with your first controller and immediately go kick it in for a goal. When the game restarts, your opponent (your second controller) will have possession of the ball. Simply go up to the opponent and press X to steal the ball and kick it into the goal. Rinse and repeat until you've scored 5 goals to secure the win.
After your 100th win, the achievement will pop at the post-game screen.
