Difficulty score is mostly based on how many hard tricks you can use while timing them to start on the 4-colour hit markers and without switching poses too much. So we start with a Starting Trick each round then only input Hard Standing tricks for both rounds. I've put a full list of the tricks I used and a video of it in action below, you will need to unlock all these tricks before using this method, I believe 
is one of the last tricks that you'll unlock at around level 51 (376,750 player score).
You need 90.1% for the A+ and that's exactly what I get below, but I've done it twice and got the same % each time so it's consistent once you get it down.
Song choice doesn't matter, you should get the same opportunity for tricks on all the songs, after playing it for a while I found I preferred the faster beat on Magenta Riddim though.

(Worth pointing out the dpad commands are actually LS commands, I just decided the dpad commands were easier to read and overall look much better).

OH MY GOD, THIS IS NO LIE…I got the sean’s best student achievement while following this guide and BEFORE getting the A+ for difficulty!!! I was struggling my ass off going for the difficulty A+, never breaking 85.6, and out of nowhere this absolute miracle happened. I got 90.1% total score exactly and only got an 81.8 for difficulty, LMAO!
I still don’t have the difficulty achievement, but thank you so much for getting me this one, I never dreamt I would get this! I just assumed it would be insanely hard, like the hardest guitar hero achievements and would require an A+ in all three individual scores, HOWEVER I only got an A in all three (86.8 technical, 80.5 style, 81.8 difficulty). I had 91 perfect / 14 great / 8 good and no bads or misses for 2,703 points.
Totally mind blown, and again, thank you massively! I wish I could give you a thousand up votes lol.
Oh and just for good measure the 64 pt value rescued my gamerscore from the crooked number this game put it on.😎
