In the middle of the stage, after defeating the white kimono fighter, you will enter a antique weapon room.
There's a spear on the floor, if you lose that spear don't worry, enemies will charge you with spears, simply hit then till the weapon fall, just take it and attack the enemies.
The spear will brake around 10 hits, unlocking the achievement.

Stage 6: Chinatown

Spears can be found in Stage 6, Chinatown. After defeating a Goro enemy (big guy in a white gi), you will enter a dojo. On the ground is a spear, simply pick it up and use it enough times on enemies so that it breaks. This area also features a large volume of enemies so it is very easy to earn this trophy here.
Carmona, Caramel, Cardinal
In stage 6 you’ll enter a dojo (after you defeat a black belt enemy). On the floor will be a spear. Pick it up and keep using it to attack enemies and eventually it will break, unlocking this achievement.
