You can get this Achievement on Stage 3(Cargo Ship)
As soon as the stage starts go to the barrel in the bottom right hand corner. Once 3 of the 4 enemies approach , punch the barrel and move away. If you don't kill 3 , push start and retry until you get it. Best done on Easy difficulty.

I found this easiest on stage 8 when you get to the red room with a grenade in the middle. Throw the grenade towards one of the groups of three enemies, then trend toward that side so that they stay there versus them moving around. See the video for reference.

There are multiple occasions throughout the game where you can unlock this, although I found it quite simple on Stage 8 - Art Gallery.
A short way into the level, once you are actually fighting amongst the exhibitions, you will find yourself in an area bathed in red colour with the word 'Love' on the wall at the top of the screen. There is a grenade in the centre, and shortly after walking near it you will find yourself surrounded by enemies. By throwing the grenade near the enemy group, you've got a great chance of taking out 3 at once and netting the achievement.

The very beginning of Level 3 is another decent spot too. Lots of exploding barrels and packs of enemies.

Stage 3: Cargo Ship

Explosive Barrels are introduced in Stage 3, Cargo Ship. Grenades are introduced in Stage 7, but the chance to earn this trophy with a grenade won't be available until Stage 8, Art Gallery. Both Grenades and Explosive Barrels deal a high amount of damage, so just make sure you group the enemies up and kill at least 3 to obtain this. Stage 8 makes this very easy since the enemies can produce infinite grenades, giving you numerous opportunities to get this.
Carmona, Caramel, Cardinal
Several levels will have barrels with a picture of fire on them. You’ll want to lure 3 enemies near one after you hit it. After a couple of seconds it will explode so make sure they enemies have low health.
