For this one, you're going to want to fight your way to level 9. This can be done on the easiest setting. If you have completed the game then select this level.
What you want to do is throw people into the window panes, it takes 10 hits, this is either throws, combos or weapon hits. You can do throws by grabbing hold of them and throwing them in the opposite direction you are facing. There's one on the right and one on the left.
I've added a few screen grabs of the elevator section before and after they've been broken.

You can also use pipes by throwing them at the glass panels.

Level 9: Y Tower
Continue to play until you get to the elevator. There is glass windows on both sides. These can be broken by either juggling enemeies into the wall by using combos, or being hit into the wall yourself. This will take a few hits to actually break.

In Stage 9, Y Tower, you will defeat a group of Assassin Agents (enemies with guns) then enter an elevator. Both the left and right sides are window panes which can be broken. Simply grab enemies and throw them into the window panes or pick up weapons and throw them into the window panes. Do this enough times and the pane will break. Do this to both sides and this trophy is yours.
Carmona, Caramel, Cardinal
On stage 9 after you progress in the level you’ll have to enter an elevator to continue. Once inside try and grab enemies and throw them towards the side glass panels. You’ll notice them crack as you damage them. Once you break both panels on either side of you the achievement will unlock.
You can also throw pipes at them to cause damage as well.
