You will earn this naturally. Possessed Max is the final boss of Stage 9, Y Tower.

At the end of stage 9 you’ll encounter Max as the final boss. Watch for his grab move as it takes away a bunch of energy. When he grabs you spam and to get him to release you. Once you defeat him you’ll unlock this achievement.
