Like a lot of other achievements this can be done with bots.

Set up a custom game:
1. Go into 'Party' (top right on the home screen and select )
2. Select 'Custom Game' with
3. For Custom Party settings ensure you have:
-Max Players set to 32 and fill open positions with AI Stumblers ticked.
-3 Rounds (I tried this by setting the rounds to 1 and it did NOT unlock, happy to
amend this is other people are getting it by only playing 1 round).
-You can combine this with 'advance or win' achievements by selecting specific
levels that you need to play. Races are typically easy too.
4. Press to Create, then again to play and finish all the rounds in first place.
