You can change the colour of your Stumbler in the Customize menu. (under the Shop)
Go to the "Colour" section and then pick any colour you want your Stumbler to be. Easy 5 GS, will likely be your first achievement of the game

For anyone who had problems getting this pop, I had to delete my save file everywhere, completely close the app, and then reload it. Don't worry about all your currencies/wins/etc, they're stored on server, not on your save file, so you won't lose anything.
