Same issue, mine has stopped at 99% :) My game kept losing connection and I think the problem was that some counter probably advanced, but the game disconnected before it could unlock. What I will try is to get all the rest and then remove my save file from everywhere and restart the 100 with custom games...

I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue, but my progress has been stuck at 79% since forever ago and it’s still not advancing, I’ve tried doing the custom game method and it’s still yet to pop…
