The main thing you need to try and do here is string together as much as you can. Try not to worry too much if you miss an event like scraping the car or making the gap or drifting etc. As long as you get another number added to the multiplier from it, it'll be OK. However you still need to make sure that you get enough points to earn a 4*; you could theoretically string it together but only get enough points to get a 3*.

Whenever you turn a corner, try and drift. If it's a big wide turn you'll naturally do this, but otherwise use your handbrakes to make sure you drift. This can help connect a lot of events together.

The only ones I had trouble with in Whoopin' and a Hollerin' were the car chases; it's easy to fall way too far back when you're struggling to keep together your multiplier. Just try and keep a moderate pace while stringing together events.
