to unlock this you need to gain a five star ranking for all odd jobs, which means that you have to string all the scenes from start to finnish. I recommend finnishing all the movies with five stars as there is a reshoot if you miss a director stunt. But by the end you have five stars on the other scenes this one shouldn't be hard to pull off.
