How to unlock the Army of clones achievement in Styx: Master of Shadows - Definitive Guide

This achievement is quite simple and I would recommend doing it once you get the "Expendable" achievement. For a solution on that achievement, please view my solution below.

You will be introduced to creating clones early on in the prologue. You will have to create a clone in order to crawl underneath the gate to progress. Do not activate the gate just yet though as you can spawn clones infinitely here.

To spawn the clone, press cn_LT + cn_A. Now press and hold cn_LT again and then continuously tap cn_B. This way your clone will be instantly destroyed. Repeat the process 15 or 30 times for your achievement. If you are confused about anything, please view my video below.

Difficulty: Easy

You can grind this and Expendable as soon as you learn to create clones in the first mission.
Create a clone with cn_L2 and cn_X. Have the clone jump to it's death or get killed by a guard (without Styx getting spotted).
When 15 have died you will have the Expendable trophy. Create and absorb 15 more clones, or just continue letting them get killed to get Army of Clones.

This trophy will definitely come naturally as you complete the game but if you want to close it out in under 2 minutes, then do the following:

  • Create a clone via +
  • Destroy the clone via +
  • Do this 30 times

Manually destroying your clone gives you back your amber so you will not run out of amber performing the clone creations. Any successful clone creation is immediately saved and counted in your game data. If you die or simply restart, then it is still counted.

The easiest way to complete this trophy and at the same time Expendable , after completing the intro in the shelter, create clones and kill them, throwing them into the abyss. For clarity, use the video guide .
