How to unlock the The Unseen Gob is the Deadliest achievement in Styx: Shards of Darkness - Definitive Guide
During this level, you'll be given a side quest to open an Amber storage vault.
Over the course of both sections of the mission, you'll need to find 5 tiles that are hidden in various rooms to be able to open the vault. Look for doors that have a white circular mat in front of them. In Amber Vision these mats display an arrow pointing toward the door. Inside will be 1 of 5 tiles and, obviously, an enemy or two. There are 3 tiles in the first section, and 2 in the second. The second half starts when you reach the balcony, so make sure you have 3 tiles before moving forward.
If you do need to go back, Shaizuko offers this tip: "...when the cinematic ends if you go forward to the door and look up to the right, there is a way to climb back up on the cliff back to the balcony, I just tested it, so even if you miss one, you can still go back after."
In the second half (after reaching the balcony), the vault will be to your right, but there are still 2 tiles to collect before going there and they're pretty easy to find on the second floor of the building in front of you, and on the ground floor in the building off to your left from where the game starts you off.
Once you have all 5 pieces, make your way to the vault room where you'll need to place the tiles in the spots the game highlights and read each clue. There are 5 pedestals in the room with a rotating wheel with 4 pictures that are the corresponding answers to the clues. Using Amber Vision you can see the order they go in by the Roman numerals in the white circular mat by each pedestal. This is a very easy puzzle, trust me.
Once all of the pictures on the pedestals are in place the staircase down to the vault is open. Once down in the vault you'll see that there are dozens of vials of Amber lining the room. You can stay here and drink them to your heart's content, using Invisibility to grind out the time.
Styx is able to consume amber and turn invisible with no skill points applied; this is a base skill. It requires 630 total skill points to learn both Persistence and Latency in the Stealth skill tree which will help this last longer. Styx can also learn the ultimate skill in the Alchemy skill tree to boost the number of potions that he can carry (this would give you more vials of amber that you can consume to drag out the length of invisibility).
With all of that said, I think the trophy may be positively glitched because I unlocked it after only 20 seconds or so. I definitely did not have to go 60 seconds in one go without losing invisibility but this may be corrected in a future patch (I had no patches applied). The trophy will unlock immediately when successful.
This achievement is obtained for having spent a cumulative total of one minute being invisible; it does not require you to be invisible for sixty consecutive seconds.
In order to use Styx's invisibility power, simply hold and then tap . Keep in mind, if playing stealthily and amber is a concern, that amber will be consumed during the duration of your invisibility; you'll want to make sure you get safely to cover before the amber gauge runs dry as to avoid detection. After having spent a total of at least one minute invisible over the course of your playthrough, this achievement will unlock.
