How to unlock the Oh My Gob! achievement in Styx: Shards of Darkness - Definitive Guide
- completing every optional objective in each level
- finding all perfect quartz pieces
- and earning all Gold insignias for each level
Completing optional objectives is accomplished by exploring the levels, and sometimes listening in on enemy conversations to find what you need.
For earning all insignias see the solutions for:
After earning all skill points, just unlock all of the skills and there you go!
Note that as UnmatchedBrace mentions, there’s a final skill at the center of the skill tree as well, that becomes available late game and is the final unlock for the achievement.

GLITCH WARNING: The game's skill point system can glitch causing the overall skill points to fall short of the amount necessary to unlock all skills. While it seems rare, three people have reported encountering the glitch. All three reported having 9,460 points when they should have had 9,500. The cause is unknown and there is also no reported way to correct if it occurs.
There are 41 skills that may be learned in total, which are divided into 5 different talent trees. The 41st skill is the ultimate master skill and can only be learned when the other 40 have been learned. Skills may be learned by using Skill Points (SP) when you are in your hideout. The total amount of SP necessary to get all skills is irrelevant here as you must acquire every last skill point the game has to offer.
There are several different actions that will award you with Skill Points (SP). You must do them all. The hideout has a "mission" area that you can interact with via to view your stats for each mission that you have completed. You will easily be able to see what actions you are missing for each mission.

Complete all missions
This is what you will accomplish when you complete the entire game story; all 10 missions. The game tells you, at all times, exactly what your objective is and where you need to go.
-
Complete all side quests
Most missions are divided into sub-zones. Secondary objectives are specific to a zone, not the overall mission. Also, not all zones will have a secondary objective. The good news is that the game is very clear when a secondary objective is available. The PS4 touch bar will bring up the game map, which also contains your current main and secondary objective (if any). The game will also display an on-screen reticule locator for both the main and secondary objectives. It is impossible to complete the main mission without triggering all possible secondary objectives.

In total, there are five talent trees that are each comprised of eight skills. Therefore, there are forty skills that you must unlock for this achievement. These skills range from enhancing Styx's cloning abilities and alchemical concoctions at crafting tables to bolstering his perception, stealth abilities, and lethality tactics.
In order to unlock skills, you must first obtain Skill Points (SP) by completing missions, completing secondary objectives, and unlocking Insignias. You can view the skills at any time by opening the Character Menu (press ) and scrolling to the skills tab; however, skills can only be unlocked at the hideout in between each mission. There is no set recommendation on which skills to unlock first, but I personally enjoy working on the Alchemy, Cloning, and Stealth talent trees first.
Much like Master of Shadows, this is the most time-consuming achievement within the game since it involves completing every mission's secondary objective and obtaining all four Insignias per mission in order to amass enough Skill Points (you'll likely end up with a three-hundred SP leftover even after completing everything). As a result, you will likely be replaying missions multiple times as you work on completing them without any alerts (Insignia of the Shadow), without any kills (Insignia of Mercy), within the time constraint (Insignia of Swiftness), and picking up all the tokens (Insignia of the Thief).
Fortunately, you can replay missions at any point when inside your hideout (and even post-game), as Styx returns to his hideout once the narrative has concluded. In addition to this, the Insignias do not have to be collected in one run; you can choose to replay a mission four times if necessary in order to focus on one Insignia at a time. All in all, this achievement will finally unlock once every skill has been unlocked.
