I had to also finish the "daily challenge" in order to get this achievement unlocked.

Didn't pop for me first time. Deleted my save data and replayed the just the Extra Puzzles and it popped.

I'm not sure if if applies here as well but for the normal puzzles they wouldn't count if I used ant hints, so I had to replay a couple.
