Level Select: The Fatty Burger Restaurant

At the very start of The Fatty Burger Restaurant, when you gain control of your character. Simply turn around and look at the wall photo of yourself which is an Employee of the Month. The trophy will unlock once the photo is in your view:

While you're on this level, be sure to get the Hamburger trophy for eating a hamburger which is found to the left of this photo.
