This trophy unlocks in Chapter 5, in the mission called Kill Superman. Superman himself probably is the toughest of the boss fights in the game, but that still doesn’t make him all that tough. He has a variety of attacks, and I found the easiest way to defeat him was to stay airborne. For this reason, Deadshot is the way to go for this one. Superman uses his ice breath to create ouchy spikes all over the places, and he also causes billowy waves of ouchy green gas to spread outward.
The best way to defeat him is to use Deadshot’s jetpack to get in the air, and then hold
. Deadshot has this mechanic that allows you to hover on the spot while aiming for long periods of time without burning up all your fuel. Uses this to aim at Superman and wait for the counter symbol to flash up. Counter him, and you will open him up to taking tonnes of regular bullet damage. Well, not exactly regular – your bullets are coated in Gold Kryptonite, after all. He will recharge his health three times, but that doesn’t make this fight any more difficult; it just makes it longer. Once Superman is down, this trophy will unlock.
