This achievement unlocks in Chapter 3. The mission is "Branching Story".
This achievement didn't unlock the first time I played through. In case this happens to you, I was able to unlock it after completing the mission a second time using chapter select.
To do that, from the squad screen, go to "chapter select", select Chapter 3, and then "Branching Story".
If you are already in a game, you will need to "quit session" and then follow the steps above.
