How to unlock the History Repeats achievement in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League - Definitive Guide
If you are like me and missed this during the main mission early in the game do not worry as you can re enter the bat museum and get it.
Video guide shows you the location of the door to enter the Bat Muesem. Once inside interact with the green button with on the right hand side for the achievement to unlock.

After you survive the Batman Experience, you will be tasked with exiting the Bat-museum.
On your direct right as you are going through the first hallway from the room you start in is the Arkham Asylum description, where you will see a green button. Press it in order to unlock this achievement.
Please note that pressing any of the buttons you encounter after this will not unlock the achievement.
Thanks to "TheMarkJohnson" and "HoggyBear08", for the additional details and clarification. I have added your feedback to the solution above.

To add to the above. The button that seems to trigger the achievement is the Arkham Asylum Description, so if you reach the courthouse green button, or the ones for the individual villains that were in Asylum (Zsasz, Titan Joker, Harley Quinn), you've gone too far.

I'm in the batman experience but when i approach the buttons there's no interact options and pressing any button nearby to them doesn't do anything.
Nvm, guide just not quite clear. It's after you survive the batman experience, not after you first enter the batman experience.

Early on in the main campaign, when you first meet Batman, you will find yourself in a kind of guided tour fun house. Right after your first encouter with him, press the green switch on the nearby wall to begin the Batman Experience – in which Jack Ryder narrates as you walk through the dioramas, filling you in on the Arkham games gone by. This trophy will then unlock.

To get the trophy, you need to press the button in the museum location dedicated to Batman, in the very first room on the right, where the scene of the joker being delivered to Arkham is depicted.
