From what i have seen elsewhere Tier 3 Infamy Weapons can be obtained by playing on Mastery Levels 20-25. But Banes infamy Tier 3 is stating Finite Crisis Rank 60+ though.

@SportGorilla53 I'm answering this as someone whi has finite crisis rank 35 with still a ways to go.
Its done by doing incursions, always try and do them at the highest possible difficulty you have available to you if you're doing them solo. If you're focusing on just one of the incursions, occasionally do the others to get them caught up to make it go faster.
Granted I still have a ways to go, but this is a game that was built for the long haul (as I've become blissfully aware of with how often I log in to play it)

For those who are playing this game in Season 6, the later infamy sets DO NOT TRIGGER the achievement.
You need to be in Finite Crisis and equip the Tier 2 and 3 Bane sets to unlock the respective achievement
Main Menu > Game Mode > Finite Crisis
Make sure the firearms are different, in the set or the achievement will not unlock (such as pistol/sniper, shotgun/sniper)
