This is awarded during the second level in chapter 1 of the story. When you get into the hall of justice there will be a display case of weapons on the right side of the building entrance. Shoot it with any character and when the cutscene plays you will get the achievement. (You can’t use melee weapon or melee button to break the glass only by shooting it with any characters gun)
